Fourth Pregnancy :: Month 2 (ish) :: Week 6+

We’re about to head off to Atlanta for a month (and to Chicago for a wedding), so this will probably be my last update for a while.  So far, I’m still feeling fairly okay. Not too much nausea. A little exhaustion. Lots of excitement.  I cannot complain!  Let’s get to the details.

4th Pregnancy_Week 5

Age of Abigail ::
4 years, 7 months

Age of Mackenzie ::
2 years, 9 months

Age of Caroline ::
15 months

How far along:
6 weeks

How big is baby:
The size of a sweet pea

Weight gain:
2 lbs. (2 lbs total)

Maternity clothes:
None.

Stretch marks:
None.

Belly button:
Innie.

Sleep:
I’ve still be super tired, but I’m sleeping fairly well. I’ve had a few nights with tossing and turning, but nothing too terribly out of the ordinary.

Best moment of the week:
Telling the girls we’re having another baby.  Abby said, “really!?  Is it suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper small!?!?!?!”  It was precious.  Oh, and Mac wants a sister and Abby wants a brother to dress up in tutus (though those requests seem to change daily).

Food cravings:
I’ve been wanting chilaquiles. I actually wanted them so badly that I made some out of a Rick Bayless cookbook and they were AMAZING.

Food aversions:
None.

Symptoms:
Bloating.
Easily exhausted.
Small amounts of heartburn.
Waves of nausea.

Movement:
None.

Gender:
We’ll find out in March when baby arrives.

What I’m looking forward to:
Going to Atlanta next week!

What I’m nervous about:
Really bad nausea hitting right when we’re about to go on our trip.

What I miss:
Nothing. I’m still feeling great, so working out has been awesome…and all my clothes still fit, so I’m not missing “normal clothes” yet! :)

Next appointment:
8.5.15 (1st appointment!)

Comparison to my First Pregnancy (Abigail):
There is no comparison to my First Pregnancy…well, what I should say is that I hadn’t blogged about my 1st pregnancy at this point!

Comparison to my Second Pregnancy (Mackenzie):
Luckily, I started documenting Mac’s pregnancy nice and early – here’s Week 6!

Comparison to my Third Pregnancy (Caroline):
Just like my pregnancy with Mac, I started documenting Caroline’s pregnancy nice and early – here’s Week 6.
